To heal, uplift and educate youth to pursue their purpose and identity.
We do this through culturally responsive programming that centers growth, confidence and community. Through cultural programming, mentorship and identity-based experiences, we help young people discover the “puzzle pieces” that make them who they are, and build confidence in their own stories.
Our programs are established offerings, but we also value collaboration and can develop customized experiences based on the needs of your organization, youth population and community goals.

Yateena Young is a Youth Development Consultant specializing in identity-centered programming, curriculum design and community engagement. She partners with schools, nonprofits and community organizations to create culturally responsive programs that empower young individuals to uncover their identity, purpose and strengths.
Through her organization, Hidden Visions, she develops transformative programs that emphasize healing, empowerment and lasting community impact.
